OneNote iPad App

If OneNote is your preferred note taking application, you can enable our OneNote sync so that OneNote and Sentieo can communicate with each other. Any content that is stored in your Sentieo Notebook will sync OneNote and vice versa.

Before we walk you through the sync process, please keep a couple of things in mind:

  • Notes that are created in OneNote will be read-only in Sentieo.
  • Notes that others have shared with you (Shared Notes tab) will not sync. Only notes that you have created (My Notes tab) will sync.
  • Notes should sync in less than a minute.  If your notes are taking unusually long to sync, try pressing the sync button in Sentieo Notebook to manually start the sync.

Follow the steps below to begin the sync process:

Please skip Step 1Step 2  if you’ve already synced your Sentieo desktop app.

Step 1: Enable OneNote sync on your account

Select the OneNote icon at the bottom left of your notebook:

Step 2: Sign in to OneNote on Office 365

Select your account type. If you don’t have an account, please select Personal Account and click the Sign up link at the bottom of the page and create a new account.

If you are signing into OneNote with an account from, from a personal email, Skype, etc., then your account is likely a Personal Account. If you sign in with an account that was issued to you by your organization like, it is likely a Work or School Account.

If you are not signed in to Office 365, you will be shown a login screen where you will need to type in your username and password. The page should then refresh indicating that the OneNote sync process has now started. You should also see the OneNote icon inside of the Sentieo Notebook light up.
