We all know that context matters. To that end, this month’s release offers you better insights into company transcripts with the addition of audio recordings to transcript files.

Transcript Audio Files Now Available

Transcripts are one of our most used content sources on the Sentieo platform. Not surprising as they provide a direct line into the thinking of management.

However, written transcripts can often lack context such as tone. To help solve that issue, we’re now providing audio files for the conversations that underlie the transcript to help provide a fuller perspective on transcript discussions.

You can access the audio files from the top toolbar in the Document Viewer. Locations in both the new Doc Search and classic Doc Search viewers are shown below.
