Export Hits Summary Report

In response to customer demand we are introducing a new report, the Export Hits Summary, to help you save time by having a clean pivot table ready file to support any analysis.

This downloadable Excel report will feature one row for each document in the search results with hit and snippet counts aggregated at the document level. Each row includes all the document metadata found in the Export Hits report.

Export Hits Report Enhancements

The Export Hits report is now supported for “no query” searches. This report will feature one row for each document in the search results with all the document metadata found in the Export Hits report.

“Query” search snippets in the Export Hits report will now match exactly with the snippets in the user interface (UI) in number and content.
